Civil West Engineer Published in AMTA

Civil West engineer Timothy (Tim) Gross partnered with HDR engineer Verena Winter to write a publication for the American Membrane Technology Association (AMTA) revolving around an issue that occurred in Newport, Oregon. At the time, Tim Gross was the Public Works Director for the City of Newport and HDR was the plant design engineer. As you will see, it took smart wits, quick thinking, and troubleshooting to solve the mystery of a membrane fouling in Newport.
